At Molli, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

    •    Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the original purchase date.
    •    Products must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
    •    All original tags must remain attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, accessories bags, etc.).
    •    A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of return or exchange.

Important Notes:
    •    Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted.
    •    Certain items, such as swimwear or custom-made pieces, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
    •    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, cash, or as store credit, depending on the nature of the return.



Gift Return Policy

If you received a Molli item as a gift and wish to return it, we are pleased to offer store credit equal to the item’s value.

Please note:
    •    Cash refunds are not available for gift returns.
    •    Returned gifts must meet our standard return conditions: unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of the purchase date.



Molli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above policies.
